Recipients are honored annually at a fall reception.</p><p>Nominees should demonstrate:</p><ul><li><p>A strong University of Iowa connection</p></li><li><p>Honorable service to our country</p></li><li><p>Military accomplishments or contributions</p></li><li><p>Service to the community</p></li></ul><p>Eligible nominees must be veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces who are separated\, retired\, or discharged.
