From national attendance records to Caitlin Clark’s logo threes, Iowa has become the epicenter of women’s basketball. We’re now amongst the blue bloods of college women’s basketball and compete with the best in the country. We continue to play for each other and our loyal fans—doing so with incredible intensity, heart, and tremendous pride for the black and gold.

When the House vs. NCAA settlement went into effect on July 1, 2025, college athletic departments could opt into sharing revenue directly with student-athletes—with a cap of $20.5 million for the 2025–26 academic year. Iowa will share revenue with student-athletes from four sports teams, including women's basketball. Revenue sharing helps us compete for elite recruits and helps us retain our excellent current student-athletes.

To directly and exclusively support revenue sharing for Iowa women’s basketball, please consider a gift to the Women’s Basketball Flight Fund.

To stay at the top of college women’s basketball, we need your help to meet this pivotal moment. Every gift to the Women’s Basketball Flight Fund is tax deductible, counts toward priority points, and will be used exclusively for the women’s basketball program.
