Children’s Miracle Network Celebrates Corporate Partners at Annual All Partner Rally

The Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) team at University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children’s Hospital hosted its annual CMN All Partner Rally on Thursday, April 2, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Coralville. The event brought together CMN’s corporate and community partners to celebrate their impact on pediatric patients and families at Stead Family Children’s Hospital.
This year’s rally highlighted three major fundraising milestones, reflecting decades of generosity, commitment, and collaboration from CMN partners.
Walmart and Sam’s Club Surpass $1 Million in 2025 Campaign
Walmart and Sam’s Club locations raised more than $1 million during their 2025 CMN campaign to support Stead Family Children’s Hospital. This marks their strongest fundraising year to date and underscores the passion and dedication of teams across Iowa and surrounding states. There are 77 locations that fundraise in support of Stead Family Children’s Hospital.
Walmart and Sam’s Club Surpass $20 Million in Lifetime Giving
In addition to their record-breaking annual total, Walmart and Sam’s Club locations in the Stead Family Children’s Hospital footprint also achieved a historic cumulative milestone—surpassing $20 million in total fundraising for Stead Family Children’s Hospital since the partnership began. This achievement reflects decades of steadfast commitment to ensuring every child receives the best care possible.
CMN Partners Celebrate Over $100 Million Raised for Stead Family Children’s Hospital
CMN partners and programs across Iowa and surrounding areas have collectively raised more than $100 million in lifetime support for Stead Family Children’s Hospital. These funds have advanced critical pediatric care, supported family-centered programs, fueled research, and provided lifesaving equipment for young patients.
Jill Harper, director of the CMN team at Stead Family Children’s Hospital, says achieving this landmark fundraising total required the efforts of many throughout the state and beyond.
“Surpassing $100 million in support reflects the extraordinary efforts of CMN partners, Dance Marathon programs, and community initiatives across Iowa and surrounding states,” says Harper. “This milestone was achieved one contribution at a time—whether it was a dollar at checkout, a student-led fundraiser, a community event, or support through a CMN partner. It’s a powerful reminder that small acts of generosity, multiplied across a community, create extraordinary impact."
The CMN All Partner Rally honors partners large and small, highlights stories of impact, and recognizes the local teams whose enthusiasm and advocacy continue to drive the CMN mission forward.
