The UIVA Alumni Organization serves and connects alumni and students who share the common bond of military service. The UI Center for Advancement proudly supports our troops and pledges to offer them opportunities both on campus and after graduation. This group strengthens the community of Hawkeye veterans through social, educational and service-oriented engagement opportunities. We hope you'll feel the spirit of camaraderie and join the UIVA Alumni Organization to learn more about the widespread impact of our Hawkeye veterans. The UIVA Alumni Organization is open to all alumni who are veterans. Members will receive e-newsletter updates and will be invited to participate in regional events.
Through this group, you can:
  • Stay apprised of on-campus activities and discover resources available to UI veterans via various campus organizations;
  • Plan events with fellow veterans to reunite and share Hawkeye pride;
  • Gather and share information about topics of interest through speakers and networking opportunities; and
  • Meet and connect with other UI veterans where you live.
